Taps, sinks, basins, WCs, showers and kitchen units buffed. Worktops, sinks and appliances finished and shown to best.
Hard floors washed and dried. Carpets vacuumed in pattern. Edges and thresholds inspected.
Sign-off walkround with the site manager, any last marks dealt with on the spot before client arrival.
A builders clean removes all the heavy mess from construction. A sparkle clean is the lighter, faster pass after that. We focus on detail and visual finish rather than waste removal.
Yes. We can run an early-morning sparkle on the day of the walkthrough if access is available from 6am. Most clients prefer the day before to give time for any last touch-ups.
Yes. Microfibre cloths, streak-free glass cleaner, neutral floor solution, stainless polish. All pH-safe for new finishes and surfaces still in warranty.
