Hard floors vacuumed, washed and buffed. Carpet shampooed if required. Timber and stone left in handover condition.
Usually once the last wet trades and second-fix carpentry are done, before the sparkle clean. On tight programmes we can run alongside snagging trades and re-clean any disturbed areas before the walkthrough.
